Graphic Issue: Green Screen Upron Starting Game!

Hi,

I am able to start the game and click on menus and play the game even. But every screen is awefully green. Now I know this is a common problem of graphic cards for gamers but it's the 1st time I've seen it. It only happens to CoW and the only related post I saw is posted in Legion & Legion Gold. Some1 had the exact same issue as I am seeing with Legion. So I tried Legion but I dont have this problem IF I play the game ful screen. But i get the same issue if I enable full screen.

Please help

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
